3. Refund Eligibility
Full Refund: You may be eligible for a full refund if:
- You cancel your application before we begin processing (within 1 hour of submission)
- We are unable to submit your application due to a technical error on our part
- Duplicate payment was made in error
Partial Refund: A partial refund may be considered if:
- You cancel after processing has begun but before submission
- Service was not delivered as described
No Refund: Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Application has been submitted to the authorities
- SGAC application is denied due to applicant's eligibility or information provided
- Applicant provided incorrect or false information
- Applicant no longer wishes to travel after application submission
- Change of travel plans after submission
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:

- Include your order reference number
- Provide a detailed explanation of your refund request
- Include any relevant documentation
5. Processing Time
Refund requests are typically reviewed within 3-5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your financial institution.
6. Expedited Processing Fees
If you selected expedited processing (Fast or Ultra Premium) and wish to cancel, the expedited fee portion may be refunded if the application has not yet been prioritized for expedited processing.
7. Disputes
If you disagree with our refund decision, you may request a review by contacting us through our Contact Form. We will review your case and respond within 5 business days.
